Short bio

Rhea Myers (b. 1973, UK) is an artist, hacker, and writer based in British Columbia. She has worked with blockchains since 2014; her work is in the collections of the Buffalo AKG Art Museum and ZKM Karlsruhe and has sold at Sotheby's. She is the author of Proof of Work: Blockchain Provocations 2011–2021 (Urbanomic, 2022). She didn't invent NFTs, though. Twice.
